Q. How to buy?

1.   At login page and enter the login credential created for you.


2.   Make sure your information is correct


3.   Find products through Categories or Collections, and select its Colour and Quantity, then “Add to Cart



4.   Remember to apply Coupon or Voucher before checkout.
You can either apply at the right side
 or ② below the Shopping Cart.


5.   Confirm your Shipping Address and Billing Address (If Different).


6.   Currently, you can only pay via Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit to our Bank Account stated in the payment method.
Confirm and submit your order, please make payment and send us banking acknowledgment receipt for processing your order.





Q. How to make payment?

1.   Go to My Order at the user icon, and View the order.


2.   Click the Upload Receipt to upload your photo/PDF document.


3.   Provide you contact info and the bank transfer receipt.


4.   Once we verified your payment, you will receive notification by email.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at faster@jinshunlee.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit.

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
